Co-organized by the Materials Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society, the Failure Analysis Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society and the X-ray Diffraction Committee of the Chinese Physical Society, the 18th National Residual Stress Conference and International Residual Stress Symposium and 1st by Southwest Jiaotong University The Cross-Strait Residual Stress Technology Forum was held in Dujiangyan, Chengdu from October 30 to November 3, 2015. 323 representatives from 195 units at home and abroad attended the academic conference.
